• Quality is essential for the fulfillment of the mission and beliefs of the Bekaert Group.
• The main focus of total quality is the understanding and fulfillment of the current and future needs of customers and markets.
• Every person in the Bekaert Group has a customer, internal or external.
• Every department and every person in the Bekaert Group must continuously seek higher levels of excellence through respecting standards and participating in continuous improvement efforts.
