Bekaert share 1924

 

Bekaert was founded in 1880 and transformed into a public limited company (N.V.) in 1924.

On 11 December 1972 the shares were first listed on the Brussels stock exchange.

The Bekaert shares have no par value. End December 2010, 98.50% of the shares were dematerialized.
