HR Manager, Huizhou

 

Maintains and enhances the human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsible for the human resources activities consisting of national and local labor legislation/regulations compliance programs, employee benefits, wage and salary administration, employment/recruiting, training, labor union harmonization and payroll of site. Develop and coordinate personnel policies, procedures and programs within the scope of company philosophy, objectives, and policies. Create a safe working environment and effective training and development programs that create a working environment, which is conducive to maximum employee efficiency and productivity.

Your Role

 

1.       Develop, maintain, and adapt personnel policies and practices to support the achievement of business units and corporate objectives while ensuring compatibility with requirements of local environments.
 
2.       Provide the appropriate number and categories of personnel who possess the skills, experience and motivation necessary to enable the company to achieve its objectives. Organize and carry out internal promotions or transfers, and the recruitment and selection of new employees on behalf of management, so as to fill vacancies with highly competent and motivated people.
 
3.       Plan and organize surveys and studies in the local area in order to develop, recommend, and implement equitable and competitive compensation and benefit structures. Administer the job evaluation program in order to relate each position to values that are equitable to other positions in the company and to similar positions in the competitive labor market. Administer all benefit programs in accordance with the corporate practices and procedures to assure conformity and cost objectives are met.
 
4.       Develop, recommend, and implement industrial relations practices that will provide a positive work environment in order to maintain/improve management/employee relations and continue business units operations.
 
5.       Provide the business units with employee training and development programs in order to develop existing personnel to their full potential for obtaining established performance standards.
 
6.       Provide services to the business units related to the security and the personal well being of the employees, such as safety programs and procedures, protection and security, medical services and legislative compliance. Closely monitor safety and environment results and provide an active role in the promotion, development and control of safety and environmental activities at the business units.
 
7.       Keep abreast and keep management informed as to current and anticipated trends or problems, as well as legal requirements in regard to human resources matters. Assure compliance with national and local labor legislation.
 
8.       Provide guidance, recommendations and support to business units management in all human resources matters. Develop, recommend and administer human resources policies and programs for the business units that support the achievement of business units and corporate goals and objectives. Ensure all human resources programs, policies and decisions conform to corporate standards so as to strengthen and protect the image of Bekaert.
 
 
 
 
 

Your Profile

 

2. Minimum 5 years related overall HR experience in multi-national company plus at least 2 years at HR Manager’s role to lead HR team to support business needs
3. Familiar with the manufacture environment
4. Solid knowledge in labor law and relevant local law & regulation
5. Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
6. Sufficient experience and well developed communication / presentation skills
7. HR Due Diligence experience in M&A activities preferred
8. Work location: Huizhou
