Campus Manager
Based on the objectives and business plan, with the approval of Board of JV company, coordinates, directs and controls their implementation to meet targeted return on investment, cash generation, and other defined performance measures
Your Role
- Organize and supervise all manufacturing activities in order to realize the long and short term objectives concerning product range, volumes, quality of products, services and cost prices.
- Formulate proposals and collaborate in establishing business-plans in order to make the yearly (and X+3) budget.
- Achieving operational excellence is the ultimate goal.
- Formulate proposals and collaborate in the preparation of changes concerning technology, investments, organization, safety, TQM, etc.
- In cooperation with the controller, you ensure that all parameters such as scrap and reject levels, costs, productivity, inventories, etc. stay in line with budget in order to attain the targeted financial results.
- In close cooperation with product management, you find the balance between customer service, productivity and working capital.
- In close cooperation with the HR Team, manage, develop and coach your people in order to have a motivated team, capable of reaching its targets.

Your Profile
1. University degree
2. More than 10 years working experience as the plant manager of mechanical industrial; Requires extensive exposure to management of more than one technical function
3. Excellent analytical thinking skills.
4. Thrive on challenge, you are result-oriented and you want to make a difference.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.
6. Possess a good business sense, a global commercial vision and the ability to think long-term.
7. Good command of both oral and written English
8. Experience with working in a JV environment
