
CTS Manager
To provide technical, process follow up, product & process development and complaint handling services to China Sawing Wire customers. To manage day-to-day contacts with customers’ technical, production and quality departments, in close coordination with Account Manager China.
Your Role
1. To provide technical, process follow up, product & process development and complaint handling services to sawing wire customers in China.
2. To manage day-to-day contacts with customers’ technical, production and quality departments, in close coordination with responsible Account Manager.
3. Gather and distribute all relevant information on the customers, the market, the competitors
Your Profile
- University engineering degree with minimum 5 years of work experience,
minimum 2 years in business-to-business technical support environment
- Excellent technical, engineering and problem solving skills
- Excellent networking & communication skills
- Strong team player (in & outside own unit)
- Able to think global and multicultural
- Willing to travel (approx. 50% of the time)
- Language skills: English (verbal and written) + other languages (Chinese?) are a plus
