Production Manager

Your Role

• You plan and organise all operational activities within the department in order to guarantee the requested volumes, product quality and delivery terms.
• You formulate proposals and collaborate in the establishing of business-plans in order to make the yearly budget.
• You formulate proposals and collaborate in the preparation of changes concerning technology, investments, organisation, safety, TQM etc.
• In close cooperation with the controller you ensure that all parameters such as scrap levels, costs, productivity, etc... stay in line with budget in order to attain the targeted financial results.
• You coach and develop all employees in order to have a motivated team, capable of reaching its targets.

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree (masters) in engineering combined with some years of experience in a production environment.
• Your analytical thinking capabilities together with your strong drive and excellent people management skills enable you to reach the objectives with a motivated team.
• You are dynamic, innovative and result-oriented.
• You speak Dutch and English fluently, any other language is an asset.
