Human Resources Specialist
The Steelcord Operations in Izmit, Turkey are part of our Advanced Wire Products. To support our worldwide growth and leadership position, Bekaert has acquired 100% ownership of the Izmit activities in 2008. Bekaert wants to maintain and develop the Izmit plant as a world class manufacturing unit, with customers in Turkey and other countries mainly in Europe. The plant currently has about 460 employees. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager of the Steelcord Operations unit in Izmit, you will be based at this location.
Your Role
To support the planning and implementation of the Human Resources operations for the plant in compliance with the Bekaert way of working.

Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent degree
- Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in Turkish and in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible and willing to work in a team 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3 years of experience in HR, especially in development area
- Experience of working in a global company and willing to work with different cultures.
