SC IT – SAP (AxIOMAS) Business reporting facilitators
We are looking for business people who come on training (9 to max 14 months) to the headquarters in Belgium to be trained on SAP training in a business area and who at the same time will be involved in solving reporting issues together with business people in China.
After this training they will relocate in order to integrate in the organization and take up an important role in business reporting
Job 1 - Sales Area
Primary competence to be build up : Profound knowledge of reporting in Sales (invoiced, orderbook, bookings), Shipping, Forecast (accuracy, sales vs plan), Purchasing (RM, critical materials,… ), Margins
Secondary competence to be build up. Knowledge of the processes (and how they are set up in SAP) in the area of order fulfillment
Job 2 – Operations (Production registration, Quality (SPC, FG and in process), purchasing and control)
Primary competence to be build up : Profound knowledge of reporting in Production, quality and purchasing, …
Secondary competence to be build up : knowledge of the processes for which reporting is done

Your Role
Your Profile
- Acquire a good knowledge on the business needs with regard to reporting in his area
- Define standard reports in the different areas and ensure the business is aware of these (be the first contact, give training, support)
- Train the key users in using the reports and understanding the definitions
- Assist in ad hoc reporting needs (eg. Benchmarking exercises, supporting external consultants,..), ensure definitions can be used in benchmarking exercises (through classification, standardization, …) when required for the business
- Ensuring that the reports are “usable” for the business (= a step further then pure setting up a report).
- Therefore do sanity checks on correctness of master data, validate procedures, support master data management to make analysis on data correctness
