Lacquering

The bare wire is run vertically through liquid lacquer. The excess is removed and falls back into the bath as the wire passes through a die, before entering a long curing tunnel. The subsequent cooling process enables the solvents to evaporate. This process is then repeated one or more times.
Lacquering can be carried out in several colors, and provides a high-gloss, durable finish.
