Product description

Bekaert - Heat resistant textiles
© Bekaert

Bekaert heat resistant textiles are made of stainless steel fibers and/or heat resistant synthetic fibers. They are knitted, woven, warpknitted, needle-punched or braided.

Our products are used during the production of complex glass forms (car windows, bottles, …) as separation cloth between the hot glass and metal tools. They provide a cushioning effect and prevent optical defects.

Our textiles resist temperatures up to 700°C while maintaining their mechanical durability. A consistent and high quality ensures an excellent performance in customer’s processes
