More than 15 years of experience in rotatable sputter magnetron technology results in an extensive offer of custom-made rotating sputter electronics used in PVD processes (coating by physical vapor deposition).

 

 

 

A unique solution is offered by our modular approach for AC applications:
DC power supplies next to the coating line are connected via economical DC cables (and thus leading to less EMC issues) to our inverter (INV400) which gives the flexibility to generate AC in the cathode.

Next to high performing power supplies and inverter, reliable arc suppressors are available as well.
