More than 15 years of experience in cylindrical sputtering technology results in an extensive offer of custom-made rotating sputter hardware used in PVD processes (coating by physical vapor deposition), for both horizontal and vertical applications:
cathodes, 3 types of magnetrons (compact end block, Bekaert axial magnetron and standard/trimline end block), magnet bar, sputter electronics, gas system, control system and other options, with customization far beyond the level of integrating hardware.

All sputter hardware components perform outstandingly in dual rotatable magnetron set-up and deliver superior results if combined with our extended offering of rotatable sputter targets.
