Dramix eyeD® is an automated measuring device that analyses the homogeneity and distribution of Dramix® steel fiber concrete reinforcement in concrete mixes.
It serves as a more accurate and user-friendly alternative to manual quality control methods. Dramix eyeD® produces and bundles graphs into standardized reports that attest reinforcement's compliance with the norms.
Because the analysis happens automatically, there is no room for human error. While most other methods only measure the reinforcement in samples Dramix eyeD® measures the entire mix assuring more accurate report of each load of concrete.
As you do not need to calibrate Dramix eyeD®, it is also more accurate than the inductive measurement tests.
Dramix eyeD® transmits the data via the mobile network to a central serve and put into clear, standardized graphs that are easy to read. These are bundled into a report that prove the reinforcement’s compliance with the norms.
