Lacquering

The bare wire is run vertically through liquid lacquer.
The excess is removed and falls back into the bath as the wire passes through a die, before entering a long curing tunnel.
In the curing tunnel the solvents evaporate.
The wire then runs through a cooling process.
The total lacquering process can be repeated one or more times.
Lacquering can be carried out in several colors, and provides a high-gloss, durable finish.
