CEB Technology Description

Beakert CEBŪ Technologies is specialized in the engineering, supply and rental services of complete premix surface combustion systems. These combustion systems known as Clean Enclosed Burners are designed to keep the environment clean from the harmful emissions.

Bekaert CEBŪ burners offer the cleanest solution for your waste gas combustion. Based on premix surface combustion, the waste gas flow is mixed with an excess of air and then burned on a permeable burner surface.

Very low levels of NOx, CO and unburned hydrocarbons are achieved by means of the patented knitted metal fibre burner NITŪ, combined with high pressure venturi's or fan driven mixers. Additionaly, a high plume rise is generated resulting in an efficient dispersion of the extremely low emissions high in the atmosphere.

Combustion is generated with an
average excess ratio of 50% above the stoechiometric value. A stable and short blue flame is created just above the NITŪ.

As the CEBŪ operates with excess air, the combustion is kept in the blue mode so that no luminous flame, no heat, no smoke or soot are created, and very little noise is generated. Combined with low stack height and small footprint, your neighbours can hardly notice your Bekaert CEBŪ burner in operation.

Bekaert CEBŪ systems treat efficiently very low caloric gases without adding support gas. By this, your operating costs for low caloric value gas destruction can be reduced down to 50%.

The variations in flow and gas composition do not affect the performances of the CEBŪ burner. Indeed, the air/gas ratio is continuously monitored and adjusted to compensate those variations. This gives you maximum flexibility fo your current and future operations.

Your transport, installation and start up costs are minimized thanks to compact design and small footprint of the burners. Besides, easy-to-use embedded controllers provide you plug and play operation possibilities.
