Bekaert offers Bekinox® fibers and yarns for anti-static textiles. Bekinox® dissipates any electrostatic charges generated, to ensure the safety of the grounded wearer or user.

Bekinox® can be 100% stainless steel or blended with other fibers such as cotton, wool, polyester, aramid fibers, … The fibers can be used to spin technical yarns or to produce non-wovens. The yarns can be easily knit, sewn or woven to produce any type of textile.

Bekinox® fibers can be as thin as 6.5 µm. Textiles containing Bekinox® fibers can undergo up to 200 industrial washes and meet the EN-1149 norm for anti-static protective garments.
