Carlos Bersoza (°1980) joined Bekaert as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Early in his career, Carlos spent more than 14 years with Vesuvius Group, building broad human resources expertise across Europe, North America, and Mexico.
In 2020, he joined ESAB where he held several senior HR leadership positions including Global Vice President Human Resources for the Fabrication Technology Division and Vice President Human Resources EMEAR, GCE & Global Products. Prior to joining Bekaert, he served as Vice President Human Resources EMEA & Global Commercial at Goodyear.
Carlos has dual Mexican and Belgian citizenship and is based in Belgium. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico, and an MBA in Business Administration & Human Resources Management from Universidad Tecmilenio.
