1. Where is your wire produced? 

  • Bekaert domestically produces most of our steel wire and strand in Van Buren, Arkansas. In addition to our plant in Van Buren, we are supported globally by our plants in 70 different countries

2. Will you ship directly to my end customer?

  • Our logistics capabilities allow to ship directly to your customer or project location. Our internal sales support ensures your products arrive at the desired location every time

3. Can you provide a certificate of quality?

5. What are standard put-lengths for coils and reels?

  • Our standard packaging for guy strand, static strand (OHGW) and messenger strand include 250' and 500' hand coils, 1000', 2500', 10,000' and 25,000' reels. We also offer custom lengths if necessary. For more information on packaging, contact your regional sales manager.

6. Is an order returnable?

7. What is the difference between ASTM A363 and ASTM A475?

  • ASTM A363 is the standard for static strand (OHGW) and ASTM A475 is the standard for guy strand and messenger strand. The key difference in the two standards is welding. Products built to ASTM A363 contain no welds.
