21/01/2025 - Bekaert is pleased to announce the successful closing of a €53 million tap on its private placement originally launched in December 2025. This brings the total amount raised under this program to €112million. The transaction was arranged by KBC Bank NV.
The additional issuance retains the fixed coupon of 4.336% and the original December 2032 maturity. This transaction further strengthens Bekaert’s long‑term funding strategy by enhancing the robustness and diversification of the company’s capital structure.
Proceeds from the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of existing debt.
