We are proud to announce that Bert De Graeve, CEO of Bekaert, has won the Vlerick Award 2011. He was chosen after a live voting at the election event that took place on 28 April 2011 in Brussels. The audience chose Bert De Graeve for guiding Bekaert to the international top with sustainable results. The CEO of Bekaert emphasized that the award is a valuable recognition for Bekaert and its 27000 employees who all have their share in the company's success.
The Vlerick Award is a key annual event for Belgium's business world and an initiative of the alumni organization of the Vlerick Leuven-Gent Management School.
